Onich
Just across the Ballachulish bridge and in sight of the Glencoe Mountains, the village of Onich stretches along the shores of Loch Linnhe. It is a peaceful little village with amenities and there is an outdoor activity centre at Inchree where visitors can enjoy whitewater rafting, paintballing and plenty more.
Just to the north of the village, the Corran/Ardgour ferry takes you across to Ardnamurchan where you can visit the most westerly point on the British mainland. Within easy reach of both Oban and Fort William, it makes a great base for exploring the west.
