Another wonderful week on the Laudale estate at Liddesdale cottage. The estate team are always so warm and welcoming. We love it.
One star deducted because of Unique’s poor policy of not rewarding long standing customers (we missed a year due to illness). Should really be a points based system
Totally outstanding service and customer care, we could not have asked for more. Nothing was too much trouble and the owners went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Unique Cottages are a pleasure to book with. The team are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Great selection of cottages and a smooth, stress-free booking experience.
Margaret and Ian were fantastic from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and approachable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It was clear they genuinely care about their guests and want everyone to have the best possible stay. The only minor downside was the poor internet connection, but this didn’t affect us as we brought Starlink with us. Overall, the Old Granary is a charming, peaceful place to stay in a stunning part of the world.
