Terms and Conditions

A gift voucher may be used as part or full payment for a cottage holiday booked through Unique Cottages. The holiday must have a start date within 18 months of the voucher’s date of issue.

Where the total value of the booking is less than the value of the voucher, any remaining balance may be used towards a later cottage holiday, provided the holiday starts within 18 months of the voucher’s original date of issue. No cash refund will be given for any unused balance.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash and cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged.
